Rise Beyond
“Forging Future Leaders”
Project Rise Beyond was a leadership development initiative conducted at Sri Sudarshana Vidyalaya, Batapotha, Battaramulla, Dematapitiya Maha Vidyalaya, Matara, and Udamakadawara Kanishta Vidyalaya, Kegalle. The program focused on enhancing communication, leadership, and strategic skills through engaging sessions. Students participated in team-building games that fostered collaboration and problem-solving. Each session concluded with a spontaneous drama performance, where teams, initially divided, showcased creativity and teamwork. This initiative empowered students with essential leadership qualities, preparing them for future challenges in a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
Rotaract District Conference
“Inspiring Leaders, Igniting Change!”
The 34th Rotaract District Conference, hosted by the Rotaract Club of KDU, brought together Rotaractors and esteemed leaders for an inspiring gathering. With influential speakers like Randheer Vithana ,Joel Thilakarathne ,Malaka Rupasinghe and Dilpua Pathirana the event fostered leadership, service, and collaboration. Attendees engaged in networking, insightful workshops, and discussions on community impact. Clubs showcased their initiatives, exchanging ideas to enhance future projects. The conference also honored outstanding contributions, celebrating dedication and excellence. More than just a gathering, it was a hub of motivation, learning, and strategic planning, empowering young leaders to drive meaningful change in their communities through innovation and service.
Finsmart
"Be the master of your own finances"
The Rotaract Club of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University hosted a three-day workshop series called "FinSmart" with the aim of improving undergraduates' financial literacy. The workshops addressed a range of financial topics, like budgeting, side gigs, financial decision-making, and financial literacy. The courses, which were taught by subject-matter specialists, blended didactic information with hands-on exercises to provide each attendee a thorough education. To achieve maximum involvement, a thorough PR approach was implemented. The public relations team, which included content writers, graphic designers, and translators, produced and disseminated posts on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

“Get ready to level up your proffesional game”
This Project is a professional development initiative by the Rotaract Club, featuring a series of workshops aimed at enhancing the skills of university undergraduates. Led by industry experts, the sessions covered essential topics like Stress Management, CV Optimization, and Online Persona Branding. Notable speakers included Dr. Sandali N.L Narathota, BAMS(Hons), MSC in Medicine (Kayachikitsa), and Mr. Yovindu Munaweera, an Electrical Engineer with a BENG(Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, and President of the Rotaract Club of Colombo Metropolitan. These workshops aimed to equip students with vital skills, preparing them for successful career paths.
