The සංස්කෘතික एक्सचेंज project was a collaborative effort between the Rotaract Club of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University in Sri Lanka and the Rotaract Club of the University College of Engineering in India. This initiative centred around fostering cultural exchange by sharing diverse elements like traditional cuisine, dance forms, religious practices, and other cultural nuances. This project promoted cultural literacy by facilitating the sharing of cultural elements, fostering mutual understanding and respect for each other's heritage and traditions. By bringing together participants from both countries, the initiative promoted peace and understanding, building bridges, and fostering friendships.
Twin Club Agreement

Twin club agreements are established between Rotaract Clubs from different Rotary International Districts to foster collaboration and mutual understanding. These partnerships aim to address pressing bilateral issues and tackle common problems within their respective communities through special programs and initiatives. By working together, twin clubs share resources, ideas, and best practices to make a greater impact locally and globally. This cooperation not only enhances the effectiveness of their projects but also strengthens the bonds of friendship and service between clubs, reflecting the core values of Rotary International.
Letter Head Exchange

A letterhead exchange between two Rotaract clubs from different districts is a symbolic gesture that fosters friendship and camaraderie.
