RCL 10th Saga was a highly competitive event held on February 1st, 2nd, and 8th, where teams from various institutes competed fiercely for the championship. The Rotaract Club of General Sir John Kotelawala emerged victorious, showcasing outstanding teamwork, strategy, and skill. The event highlighted the competitive spirit of the participants and fostered a sense of unity among teams. As champions, the Rotaract Club of KDU demonstrated excellence, leaving a lasting impression.

The 34th Rotaract District Conference, hosted by the Rotaract Club of KDU, brought together Rotaractors and esteemed leaders for an inspiring gathering. With influential speakers like Randheer Vithana ,Joel Thilakarathne ,Malaka Rupasinghe and Dilpua Pathirana the event fostered leadership, service, and collaboration. Attendees engaged in networking, insightful workshops, and discussions on community impact. Clubs showcased their initiatives, exchanging ideas to enhance future projects. The conference also honored outstanding contributions, celebrating dedication and excellence. More than just a gathering, it was a hub of motivation, learning, and strategic planning, empowering young leaders to drive meaningful change in their communities through innovation and service.
Rota Fiesta
" Feel the Beat, Live the Fiesta"
The Rotaract Club of KDU hosted Rota Fiesta 2025 on February 20 at the KDU Football Grounds, drawing over 6,000 attendees. This electrifying food festival and fundraiser featured MidLane and Freeze Band, making it the first Sri Lankan university event with live performances by two famous bands. This electrifying food festival and fundraiser featured MidLane and Freeze Band, with performances by Anushka & Dulaj (Wasthi), Piyath Rajapaksa, Funky Dirt, Channuka, Adithya Weliwatta, Vinuja Tharushka, Senal Kapugeekiyana, and Sana. The night included thrilling acts, a gaming arena, and a spectacular drone show dropping toffees. With 30 food and activity stalls, the event was a massive success. Proceeds will support community service projects. Thanks to the dedicated Rota Fiesta crew and sponsors, the night made history, blending fun with purpose!
